Health & Fitness Coach
In my 16 years as a school Physical Education teacher, it was pure joy and heart-warming to see students enjoying physical activities/sports and cheering one another on to complete the activities/tasks. I firmly believe relationships keep people going in their health & fitness journey and likewise, journeying together strengthens the relationships.
Thus, I've developed a fitness programme for families called Take-5 This programme not only develops Fitness through Fun activities as a family it builds bonds as family members play together.
Take-5 is about getting a family together to stay active by playing games together. Through these games and physical activities, members of the family will be developed in the components of health-related and skills-related fitness. Take-5 also adopts the PLAY (Promoting Life-skills through Activities among the Young) Approach to develop life-skills through playing game together.
